The Allen’s Nek Retail Centre was developed on a property that used to be a quarry, acquired by the brothers more than 15 years ago. Before construction could begin, dams had to be emptied and cut and fill was required.

Originally a Builder’s Warehouse, the centre is now a much larger retail centre, anchored by Checkers, and includes a Honda Dealership as well as a fitment centre.

The centre has also been redeveloped to include a Nando’s Drive-Through, a Tile Africa & Bathroom Bizarre.
